Refund Policy

V3 Basketball Association maintains a no refund policy for all of our programs, including but not limited to: House League, Summer Camps, March Break Camps, AAU Competitive Teams (Mid-March to August), REP Teams (September to April/May depending on age group), and all Training Programs.

We are, however, happy to award a credit to be used toward any future V3 Basketball Association program if a participant cannot complete a program due to extenuating circumstances, such as injury, provided a signed doctor’s note is submitted.

All application fees, deposits, tuition, team fees, and program fees paid for any season, camp, or training program are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by V3 Basketball Association. Enrollment in any V3 Basketball Association program constitutes a commitment for the full duration of that program or season.

For REP team participants, the commitment extends through one full REP basketball season (September to April/May, depending on the age group), which includes six weeks of Summer Camp as part of the seasonal program package. By registering and being selected for a REP or AAU team, participants agree to pay the full tuition and adhere to the payment schedule outlined in their invoice. Late payments may be subject to a 2% late fee.

V3 Basketball Association evaluates all applicants equally, without discrimination based on race, color, creed, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. This acknowledgment carries the same legal validity as a physical signature according to V3 Basketball Association’s policies.
